Why We Exist
F*ck Off Friday started in a cramped studio apartment with a USB mic, a bottle of cheap wine, and a lot of unresolved anger at the week that just ended. The host — let us call her "the person who finally snapped" — realized that keeping everything inside was making her a worse partner, friend, and co-worker. So she started recording.
The first episode was rough. The audio was bad. The takes were worse. But something unexpected happened: people listened. More than that — they wrote in. They had their own stories. Their own bosses. Their own terrible dates. Their own landlords who thought "air wear" was a chargeable offense.
That is when it clicked. This was not just one person's vent. This was a movement. A weekly exhale. A permission slip to say what you really mean.
Our Mission
Every Friday, we drop a new episode built around three things: one listener rant that deserves the spotlight, one industry or cultural thing that needs to be called out, and one segment that reminds you the weekend is yours again. No corporate sponsors. No fake positivity. No pretending.
We are not here to fix your life. We are here to make you feel less alone in the mess of it.
